Erich Dang I have news for you. It won't work here and you will be liable for a counter suit. The authorities will make you testify in court that this was the reason why you had approached the police and wanted him arrested. And if it just turns out to be a) someone else or b) a joke or c) a misinterpretation, you are liable for destroying a person's reputation and good name.
